These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Meridian Motors' luxury car rental services in Singapore. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Eligibility Requirements
- • Users must be at least 25 years old with minimum 3 years driving experience
- • Valid Singapore or international driving license required
- • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- • Valid credit card for security deposit and payment
- • Government-issued identification (NRIC, passport)
Booking and Reservations
- • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- • Reservations require advance payment or deposit
- • Booking confirmations are sent via email
- • Changes to bookings may incur additional charges
- • Company reserves the right to refuse service
Vehicle Usage
- • Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes
- • No smoking, eating, or drinking in vehicles
- • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
- • Vehicles cannot be used for commercial transport
- • Racing, rallying, or competitive driving prohibited
3. Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Vehicle Misuse
- • Operating vehicles under influence of alcohol or drugs
- • Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate vehicles
- • Exceeding speed limits or reckless driving
- • Using vehicles for illegal activities
- • Modifying or tampering with vehicle systems
Service Abuse
- • Providing false information during booking
- • Subletting or transferring rental to third parties
- • Using services to commit fraud
- • Harassing staff or other clients
- • Violating Singapore traffic laws
4. Payment and Pricing
Payment Requirements
• All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST
• Payment must be made by valid credit card or bank transfer
• Security deposit required for all rentals (amount varies by vehicle)
• Additional charges apply for damages, cleaning, or late returns
• Fuel costs are separate unless specified in package
Cancellation Policy
• 48+ hours notice: Full refund minus processing fee
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations may qualify for full refund
• Company-initiated cancellations receive full refund
5. Liability and Insurance
Insurance Coverage
• Comprehensive insurance included with all rentals
• Third-party liability coverage as required by Singapore law
• Excess/deductible amounts apply to damage claims
• Personal accident insurance available upon request
• Coverage may be void for unauthorized use or negligence
Limitation of Liability
• Company liability limited to rental fees paid
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Users responsible for damages caused by misuse
• Company not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles
• Force majeure events exclude company liability
Users assume full responsibility for traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during rental period.
